Conservatory of the Creek Rules

  1. Protection of Natural Resources: The creek is a valuable ecological habitat. Respect the environment and the wildlife by adhering to the following rules:

    • No Dumping: Do not dispose of any waste, materials, or substances in the creek, including organic and inorganic materials.

    • No Littering: Keep the creek and its surroundings clean. Dispose of all trash in designated disposal areas, including food wrappers and beverage containers.

    • No Inflatable Floats: Inflatable floats are prohibited in the creek to prevent potential harm to the aquatic ecosystem and ensure all guests' safety.

    • No Swimming: Swimming in the creek is not allowed to protect the creek's natural state and for personal safety.

Note:

Rule Violations: Repeated violations of house rules may result in warnings, fines, or termination of the rental agreement.

Security cameras on the property:

There are three cameras: one on the front door, one above the driveway, and one on the rear entry. They are on and recording at all times. 

We do not allow any tampering with our security devices. This includes the Wifi system, the outdoor ring cameras, and the Kwiknet Smartcode door lock. If any of these are tampered with, we reserve the right to dispatch the authorities. 

*STREAMING APPS*

We do not provide log-in accounts for streaming apps on our smart TV. Guests are kindly requested to use their personal log-in accounts to access and enjoy streaming services during their stay. Ensure they log out of their personal accounts upon check-out.

House Rules

General Conduct

  1. Respect for Neighbors: Keep noise reasonable, especially during quiet hours (e.g., 10 PM to 8 AM). Avoid loud music, parties, and disturbances.

  2. Visitors: Limit the number of visitors and ensure they adhere to the house rules. Overnight guests are allowed for a maximum of 4 consecutive nights, with prior approval required.

Maintenance and Upkeep

  1. Cleanliness: Keep the property clean and tidy. Regularly dispose of trash in designated areas.

  2. Damages: Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly. Tenants are responsible for damages caused by negligence or misuse.

  3. Alterations: Do not make any alterations, decorations, or additions to the property without written consent from the landlord.

Safety and Security

  1. Security: Ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. Do not give access to unauthorized persons.

  2. Smoke Detectors: Regularly check and do not tamper with smoke detectors or fire extinguishers. Report any malfunctions immediately.

  3. Prohibited Items: Illegal substances, firearms, and hazardous materials are strictly forbidden on the property.

Utilities and Amenities

  1. Internet and Cable: Use provided services responsibly. Illegal downloads or excessive bandwidth usage is prohibited.

  2. Utilities Usage: Be mindful of utility consumption. Excessive water, heating, or air conditioning use may incur additional charges.

Specific Rules

  1. Smoking Policy: Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the house. 

  2. Pet Policy: Only two pets are allowed on the premises at one time; there is a $250 per pet fee (non-refundable) 

  3. Parking: Parking is available on the premises. Do not block neighbors' driveways or common areas.

  4. Recycling and Garbage Disposal: Follow local recycling guidelines and dispose of garbage on designated days.

Departure

  1. Check-out Procedures: Please leave the property clean and tidy. Return all keys and remotes. A final inspection may be scheduled.
